R-Win 32 is a collection of utilities that are for those users who work with two or more languages at the same time. R-Win 32 incorporates:

- A keyboard exchanger, that lets you modify the keyboard according to the language you need at any moment. It has hotkey support and for configuring other elements like images and sounds for each language.
- A key editor, so you can define the character or symbols you need, to widen the list incorporated in Windows with the others you need for your job.
- A text editor that can substitute the Windows notebook, that is characterized by: support for multiple documents, print preview, log file, search and replace tools, etc.

R-Win 32 also has an on-screen keyboard view, where you can view the characters not assigned to a key yet. It also offers a small utility that lets you install new letter fonts with .ttf or .fon extensions, all of which are compatible with your operating system.
